Salam. What a depressed day today. I decided not to go anywhere today, even to class this morning. I get rid of my twitter acc to give chance of people to talk behind me. I don't want to care about anything today. I just want to be at home, alone, with nobody interfering my life. Technology can sometime be really annoying and destructive. Today will be my silence day. I don't give a damn about exam right now. The hell with it. That's for tomorrow.

I'm apologize for my crude and ignorant personality. A mistake that I made can really pissed off someone who are not in my circle. I admit, I'm not as caring as you people are. But hey, that is life. Whether you like it or not, it is up to you.

I don't know why I'm mumbling and talking craps today. Everything thanks to you~

Salam and a very good morning to all my readers! I hope it is not too late to wish HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you!

My first entry in this year, and I have less thing to tell you about. I'm still busy with my life as a final year student here in Bangalore. Being a group representative, I'm always feel tired due to many things. But, the trust that was given to me, I shall hold it. Starting tomorrow we will have our EOP exam for Paediatric. My experience for this 6 weeks posting of paediatric can only be summarized into a single word : TIRED! The constant task that the doctors given us everyday were heavy, but useful. Somehow I am gonna miss my paediatric posting. After this I'm going to start my medicine posting (scary~).......

Well, I think that's all I can say this morning. We shall meet again latter......

Ps: I'm trying to type slowly as zola is behind me, sleeping.......huhuhuhu~

Salam to all my fellow followers. I know, it has been a while since my last posting. I have to admit that I'm bind with so much reading and understanding all the medical topics, especially since I am in the final year. The responsibility of handling my group wasn't easy. I'm trying my best to be it.

Smile.....why smile? Smile is one of God's greatest gift to us. Smile can make you happy, and smile can make other people happy. It is not hard to smile. Just contract that facial muscles of yours and smile. It is depressing to not see a smile. I know, I also sometimes doesn't smile when I'm in a bad mood. But each day, I'll try to smile so that people are happy with me. Living with someone who rarely smile to you every time you bump him/her always depressing, at least to me. Everything changes. The only time you communicate is when to ask for rent, bill, or asking some favors. Strictly business. No more social interaction. Maybe it is our fault not to initiate such communication, but at least if they smile to you every time you bump each other, it is far more than enough to make people happy and feel great!

Hence, please smile to each other, especially to your room mates or house mates. Smiling can brings out happiness and great feeling within us. Even Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) also encourage his followers to smile among each other. So, let us start smiling......NOW!!!

Salam to all. My life here at IMS-MSU Bangalore continue to be a hard one. After saying goodbye to my seniors who had passed their final exam and leaving behind Bangalore for good, I am terrified to know that I am now 'the' senior in the college. I know that this is the moment where I'm going to be tortured, to be mad at, and to be watched 24/7 by the doctors. I am mentally and physically, still in progress, of preparing for the hurricane to come.

As I told you before in my last post regarding this new system, after the 2nd IA, we expect that it will be executed perfectly. On the other hand, it was a disaster! Can you imagine all the three batches (mine and juniors) coming together everyday, every single morning, to the hospital, all together. It was crowded!!! BBH is not so big, filled with lots of patients, doctors, staff nurses, student nurses, and etc. When all of us come, it was a total wreck! How can our doctors handle us all? At this moment, it is us that need more priority because we are in the final year, but in this condition, there is no way that we are getting all the necessary attention from the doctors. Even worse, the doctors have not been informed and explained regarding this new system! I was shocked to hear about it! Who doesn't?! We expect that the administrations will explained about this new system last week, during our 2nd IA, but it wasn't done. The doctors are looking so confuse and irritated with this new system. I pitied Rosy and Vidhya because there are the one who have to answer every questions from us....this is not right~

As I said before, 'If you are in Rome, do as the Romans does." How can you expect the Indian doctors to accept and adjust themselves to the Malaysia teaching system in a matter of few weeks? Ultimately the one who are going to suffer are us, the STUDENTS! We haven't start our clinical skill like taking blood, doing IV cannulation, etc...and we feel helpless and useless, especially me, who are posted for 7 weeks in casualty. If there is code blue, I will not know how to at least, insert a IV cannula. Really, I feel really helpless in casualty. I can only observed and do some minor clinical exam and history taking, but that's it.

I have nothing to say more. MSU should understand what we are going through every single day we living here. They who do not experienced the hardship that we had here, will never understand our problems and feelings. I feels violated and dismayed right now. There are no words from the President and at least from the vice chancellor about this matter. The only voice we heard was form the Dean, who under my impression, do not understand us at all.....

Sad.......really sad~

Salam to all. Wow, It has been a month since my last post. Right now I am busy with the exam and everything. Exam? well, maybe it is not the word that me and my friend want to hear right now. Why you ask? Let me tell you....

Yesterday we had our interaction with the dean, and it was a bad one. After our beloved Dato' Ghani retired, we never like the new dean. I have to admit she is not what we can call as a 'role model.' Yesterday, she really said to us, I quote, "I never want to be a dean, but they (MSU) want me. I don't love you, etc" What kind of attitude is this? This is not something that I can accept since I come from a family of educators. This is wrong! This attitude do not reflect you as an educator at all! Plus, during the interaction, she bombed us with this new system of exam that we will have to undergo for our final exam. She said it is with accordance to the new revision by MMC. I think many of us will think, "what the reason of coming here?" I know this is an offshore college by a Malaysia university. We must also know that all of the lecturers that tought us were Indians and they must have familiarize with their system. There is a saying, "when you come to Rome, be like the Roman." So, why should we change the way we are now? Sometime old things are the best things. I have to say, the way the Indian education system was practice is much better than what we had in Malaysia. Because of that they can be great. Living in this country is like hell, because of many reasons. If we have feel the stress of living here for 5 years, imagine how the local have been living here since their birth. The dean should considerate our feeling, and just bomb us with this news right before our 2nd IA next week. If this system were to be implemented, there is no reason for us to have our 2nd IA, since it is still follow the old system. I also have to say that this new system, from my point of view, give the student higher chances of passing the exam. But, we have not been familiarize with it, and it is not fair for them to implement this on us. Why can't you do it starting to the 1st year students? With this, it will be much better. Just let us finish off with the current system. But this dean would never listen. Every time my friend rise and start to ask question, at one point she will stop us, and repeat the same thing she said before. I don't think she has any clue about the way we study here, and I feel that she never understand our problem (probably because she don't love us at the first place). This is very traumatic to all of us here...

MSU, please take note. She maybe have those medical qualification, but she don't have the right attitude even to become a dean. If she doesn't want to become a dean at the first place, why she accept it at first place? If she doesn't love us here, why she has to come here? She can easily call our BELOVED ass. dean and told her the necessary information. If our counterpart in Shah Alam love her, fine with us. We just want someone else to be the Dean of IMS-MSU, someone like Dato' Ghani......

I will study. I shall study. Nothing can stop me from doing what I had been doing since I was born. Old system, new system, I can try to cope with it. But the way administration handle the situation is very poor....Please take note of your weakness and improve it.

"Alhamdulillah, dah seminggu aku bercuti di Malaysia, menyambut Adilfitri bersama keluarga tersayang, dan yang paling penting dapat menyambut ulang tahun kelahiran ku, ayah ku serta kakak ku yang lahir pada 1hb, 2hb dan 3hb Sept. Aku jugak berjaya untuk memperbaharui passport ku. Segala-galanya yang ingin ku kecapi di Malaysia tercapai. Raya tahun ini, walaupun penat, tapi best! Walapun tiadanya ibu dan along dgn kami pada raya kali ini, namun kami menyambutnya dgn penuh meriah. Di pagi raya je aku dah menjamah ketupat, lemang, rendang dan ayam masak merah. Melawat sanak-saudara di kampung ayah ku di Merlimau, Melaka menggamit seribu satu memori semasa zaman kanak2 ku yang suka bermaian buaian di rumah pak cik ku. Raya kali ini jugak aku dapat bertemu dgn rakan2 ku, terutamanya yusri dan rafhanah. Tak dilupakan juga khalil (koe), rafidah, wak mustakim, ku aminur, fathi dan lain2 lagi. Kali aku kami sempat beraya di rumah cikgu rogayah, cikgu sharimah dan cikgu sazali & horsiah. Di samping sempat jugak beraya di rumah yusri, rafhanah, ijat dan fathi. Terima kasih semua sbb sudi teman aku beraya tahun ini.

Di samping raya, aku juga gembira sebab dapat bertemu dgn anak2 kangkung ku semua. Amira Sofea, Amir Muntasyer, Amir Muhtadi dan Amir Muktafi. Walaupun nakal, tapi didalam kenakalan anak2 kecil ini tersimpan kemuliaan dan kasih sayang. Aku juga tidak sabar untuk menantikan kelahiran anak kangkung yang ke-5. Sudah 6 bulan berada di dalam rahim ibunya. Harap2 sihat sejahtera :)

Salam to all my fellow readers. Yeah! 5 days more to go before I leave Bangalore to celebrate Eid with my family back in Melaka! I feel so excited and can't wait to jump on the plane, huhuhu........Though my original plan was different, but hey, anything can happen. Since I have to renew my passport, why don't I just enjoy the celebration :)

I only have a 1-week holiday, so I don't think I can do many things that I desire in Malaysia. But, I was hoping to see my friend yuci and raf, huhuh...It has been 2 years since I last saw them (if memory served me correctly). Wonder how are doing right now, huhuhu....

I also have listed several goods that I want to bring back to Bangalore. Have to restock my supply of Maggi, etc2........

Well, not much to write this morning. The cold weather surely makes me want to doze off right now. Until then~~

Ramadhan post~

Salam to all. It is 8th Ramadhan here in Bangalore. How are you doing with Ramadhan/Ramzan this year? Hope everything is fine. Actually, I'm not feeling well today. I exposed myself to rain yesterday. Hence, I'm taking some rest today, and hopefully tomorrow will be much better for me. Since I'm at home, I just thought that maybe I can update my blog which has been forsaken for a week :)

If you ask me about my Ramadhan this year, so far I can tell that it went on smoothly. I'm also think that maybe this time I can actually improve myself to be a better person. This is the only month where all the syaitan/demons are well-caged. The only thing that stand in our way is our nafsu/desire. I have a very huge 'nafsu' that need to be taught a lesson, and I'm working on it! I know, past few years I always post each day what I gone through on that day, what I ate to break the fast, etc. Well, this year I'm not doing it because I just don't have the heart to do so.

Last Sunday, I had decided to invite few of my close friends to break the fast at my home. On that day, I cooked 'nasi tomato'. Well, it was my first time of doing it, so the taste is kinda run off. But, they said that it was nice, and I'm really happy hearing it from them :) I maybe doing it another time, maybe this week, or next week. You see, when you cook for somebody that you care, it makes you really happy and satisfied :)

And, to break a news, I already decided to fly back to Malaysia to celebrate this year Raya/Eid with my family. Though I'm only back for a week, but I hope that it will be a fulfilling and meaningful week for me :) plus I have to renew my passport. And so, right now I'm battling to get my RP renew this month. I was thought to renew it this week, but since there are lots of bonafide letters that the office need to do, so maybe I was hoping that next week I can do it. You see, living in this country has it's own advantages and disadvantages. One of the disadvantages is that they tend to complicate things. For example, to renew the RP, we have to prepare lots of documents, plus the process is very time-taking and sometime can be non-synchronize. I understand that they have the largest population of the world, but that doesn't stop you of improving your system. I heard that in Australia, foreigners only be given a card, and each time they want to renew their staying visa, they just hand over the card, and it will be updated in the computer. Isn't that good, if India apply that kind of technology? Haih, I think this country still need to cope out with other countries....

1st IA preview: SURGERY & OBG

Salam to all. I'm sorry for not updating my IA preview yesterday. Well, today I'm going to write both of my preview; yesterday and today...

SURGERY

Well, what can I say about surgery 1st IA exam. Emmm, for me the questions were moderate to hard in severity, especially the question regarding the submandibular gland excision. Overall, it was ok. I think many of my friends can perform for surgery paper yesterday. Hoping for at least a pass on this paper. Here are the questions. As we all said, sharing is caring.

OBG

Coming to today's paper, OBG. As we all know, OBG stands for Obstetric and Gynaecology. This topic teach you regarding the female reproductive system and pregnancy. For me, this is the toughest subject that I have to endure this phase. Not that I don't like the subject, but the portion is too much for me to handle. Can you imagine, the topics that were included for this exam is simple, "Entire obstetric + infertility + contraceptives." Simple doesn't?? Well, hell no!! After the exam, I always kept remembering my answers. Most of them are either wrong or simply a careless mistake. For example, the short answer to define abortion. I wrote, "abortion is define as expulsion of the fetus before 28 weeks, and weight less than 1500 gms, upon which it can't survive independently." Can you detect any mistake in that sentence? yup, first is the age of gestation, supposed to be before 22 weeks, and then the WEIGHT! It was supposed to be 500 gms, not 1500 gms (a.k.a 1.5 kg!). I don't know what I was thinking when I wrote that answer. Another one is the short essay no. 4 below. It was an antepartum haemorrhage, and the DDs were simply placenta previa and abruptio placentae +/- genitalia bleeding. What I wrote? The first DD I put on my answer sheet was spontaneous abortion, followed by threatened abortion and ectopic pregnancy!! Realizing my stupid mistake, I put placenta previa and abruptio placentae last, with their different. I was so upset after the exam. But Alhamdulillah, my friend comfort me and said, "don't worry Faiz, this is only the 1st IA, maybe He want us to work harder. Don't worry, there is still time before the final...that is the most important." I was relieved to hear his word of comfort, not to forget other comforting word from Imran. I know I can be a little 'bitchy' sometime, but well, that's me! Here are the questions.

1st IA preview: MEDICINE

Salam to all. I told you that I will try my best to update my blog, and so I did, though it is not something that is so interesting about. As you are well informed, today I have started my 1st IA in my 4th year of being a medical student. This time I have to face 4 major exam-oriented subjects, which are MEDICINE, SURGERY, OBG/O & G, and PAEDIATRIC. In short, all of them are hard, and too many! But, being a student, it is my duty to study them, do well and hopefully to become a great doctor one day.

Coming back to my IA preview, today is my 1st day, and it was MEDICINE paper! As suspected, it was hard (hard only when you are not reading it well ;p). I try my best to answer the question given. Want to see the questions? Here it goes!

So, what do you think? For some of you, you may say, "nah, kacang goreng je", but for me, it was hard! The hardest question would be the Guillian-Barre syndrome and atrial fibrillation. Also about the 6 drugs causing hepatotoxicity. Others, I think I managed to pull them off. I kept my finger cross for this paper, and also the subsequent paper. Tomorrow would be surgery, and it gonna be a blast! Please pray for me and my friends' success here! We really need it so much! Until then......

Salam to all. Really busy right now. Got an exam next week. Seems that I have less time in updating this blog. But then, I will try my best to update it monthly :)

Well, for the past few weeks, there have been amazing things happening in my life and the life around me. Also, there are quite few things that a lil' bit upset for me. First of all, let me share with all of you about my B2 batch's Appreciation Day that was held on 25/6/2011. It was held to celebrate our ENT and Ophthalmology doctors that have taught us everything that we need to know about the subjects. On that day we appreciate them and thanks them for their knowledge and their kindness and also their patience for teaching us. We know that teaching us were hard and challenging, and therefore I thanks them again :) On that day, we performed for them, cooked for them, and presented them with a memoir of our batch. It was a best day that me and my batch mates ever had! Here are some pictures that we all took on that day. Oh, and I just a technical person only ;p

Fun, isn't it? hehehe. We tried to make our best within the short period of time, and the event was praised by all the doctors :)

Emm, what else? Oh, just last week I went to see The Transformer 3 movie at Mantri mall with Fareed, Aina, Syahir and Yaya. The movie was awesome!!! Really, 5/5 if it were to be rated.

Well, I think that's all I can think off right now. Please pray for my success in my 1st IA next week. Really2 scared because of the massive topics to be covered within a short period of time (payback for not studying it earlier ;p). Until then.......

Salam to all. Wow! It has been a month now since my last post. Sorry for not updating it regularly because of my hectic life here. Anyway, for the past a month, nothing extraordinary was happening to me, other than daily clinical posting and evening lectures. Recently IMSA organized a Futsal tournament, but I didn't join the gang since I have to complete my medicine logbook (another reason to avoid going to any sport event ;p). Anyway, Bangalore is quite cool compare to the previous months of hot and dry weather. Spots of rain nowadays keep pouring down to Bangalore, which make this place kinda cold. I also had watched Kung Fu panda 2 and The hangover 2 with Imran! They were totally awesome! I managed to fulfill my craving for steak by eating at Kobe, the same day I watched Kung Fu Panda 2. I think it is not too late to say thank you to Imran for taking me out.

Here also I would like to wish a HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my beloved housemate Rohaizat, my friends Munira Romlee, Vijeya Priyan, Egy, Zulhilmi hasif, Khairul Amry, Bobo, and Farhan Othman and to my cousin Fadhly!!!! May you all have a wonderful life!

It has been a while since I update this blog. Salam to all. I'm still breathing and still studying in this country. Up to now, I am still coping up with my study. Being in a medical course is lots harder than you see. So, for those who wish to become a doctor in the future, please prepare yourselves for the worst.

Now, since I'm updating my blog, I would like to share my experience during IMS annual dinner, that has occurred on 21st May 2011. The theme for this year annual dinner is Secret Garden. I want to congratulate to all IMS committee for working days and nights to make this dinner a total success! Thanks guy! From my point of view, the theme was perfectly executed. Though they have to change the venue at the last minute, but everything went smoothly. The night was great, with Dato' Shukry attending the function, and with the HOPE 2011 launching ceremony, and with great performances and great foods make that night a joyful night! Plus I won a lucky draw that night! I got myself a watch :) It was memorable.........

Well, that's about dinner. On the very same day, there is also a Dean List Award Ceremony, and I am one of the recipient for that award. Dato' Shukry came and present to us with the award. I still remember his words to me on that stage, I quote, "Keep up the effort, dan kalau boleh turunkan sikit badan ni" unquote. Huhuhuh, that words still humor me till now. But, thanks to MSU for the award.

Salam to all. It has been almost 3 weeks since my last post. Sorry for no updating my blog soon as we are all busy with the study and other stuff. Anyway, I get a chance to update my blog this morning, and I'm thrill to do so.

For the last 2 weeks, we are busy for the MQA & MMC visit. What is MQA and MMC? Well, I forgot the full name of MQA, but it is an organization that give accreditation to the universities whether the university is qualify enough to organize a particular course or not, so as to speak. MMC is stands for Malaysia Medical Council. All of us are busy for their in-coming, and I was one of the person who has been chosen to sit, talk, and have lunch with them. At that time, I was so scared, I didn't have an appetite to eat. The lunch last for about an hour. I was relieved after the lunch, and pray that everything went smoothly.

Other than my study, nothing is unusual happening to me. O yeah, I forgot to tell you regarding my new 'baby', hehehe. Last Sunday, along with Syahir and Yaya, we went to National Market in Gandhinagar to bought my new 'baby'. Yes, I just bought a new phone! It was HTC Desire S! Before this, I was thinking to have Blackberry, but after considering my budget and comparing both of them, I decided to take HTC. My friend, Fareed asked me to either buy Iphone or Blackberry, but......hehehehe, sorry Fareed~ Anyway, I'm getting used to it now. I never bought any phone except Nokia. Now that I had bought HTC, I must learn how to use it, or else it will be such a waste.

Salam to all. I'm back to Bangalore last Sunday. Though I'm going to miss Malaysia, but my duty here as a MBBS student must go on. I'm now in my final year, am going to do my best this time!! Just retrieved my last exam result, and Alhamdulillah I passed the exam. This time result was not as good as before, but it was fine with me. I got C+ for comm.med (thank God!!), and B+ for both ENT and Ophthalmology. My CGPA this time is 3.00 only. Final year is much tougher than before. I must give my best shot this time. Please support me and pray for my success here. Ok, want to get ready for this morning posting class, which is surgery. No more play2 (as Phua Chu Kang said) this time. Until then~~~

Salam to all. Just yesterday I came back from my sister's house in Mersing. It was fun, though I had to put up my patience with my nephews and niece.....very cute, and at the same time, very the horror, huhuhu~ My trip to Mersing started last Friday. I stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. On Saturday, my parents came to join us. On that night, we pampered ourselves with BBQ (chickens, fishes, sausages, squids and prawns + my brother-in-law superb 'nasi lemak'!!). My parents went back to Melaka on Sunday, while I stayed for another night. On that day, my sister brought me to the seaside for a picnic. It was fun, playing with the water :) And finally, I went back home on Monday morning, since syahir, zola and rohaizat are going to stay at my house for 1 night.

Regarding my friends, zola and rohaizat came around 1.15pm. I picked them up at Melaka Central, and brought them to Dataran Pahlawan Mall. I asked them to go around when Syahir messaged me, asked me to pick him up at Central. I went back there, picked up Syahir and brought him also to Dataran Pahlawan Mall. While waiting for me, zola and rohaizat managed to ride the rickshaw, huhuhu~We hang out for a while, then I brought them back to my house, greeted by my parents. On that night, we went to Umbai to stuff them with lots and lots of seafood :) On the next day, I had to bring them to Kemendor and Merlimau to visit my aunts and uncle. At noon, we went to Bandar Melaka. I managed to bring them to ride the Menara Taming Sari, Melaka River cruise and climbing up the A'Famosa fortress. Then, have our lunch at McD in Dataran Pahlawan. Later on, went back to Melaka Sentral to send rohaizat and zola home. Syahir was picked up by his KMS friend in Sentral. Well, that's all. Quite sad actually to send them home. I really want them to be here for a little longer. I didn't have a nice conversation with Syahir since he has that ulcer. Well, what to do. Until then~

Trip to the North (Malaysia, not India ;p)

Salam to all my readers! It has been almost a week since my last post. I've been in Malaysia for almost 2 weeks now, and time is disappearing too fast. In a matter of another 1 week, I'll be going back to Bangalore to resume my duty as a medical student. For now, let me tell you about my little trip to the north (Perak and Kedah):-

* Started my journey on Friday, April 1st. Stopped at Rembau for a while to pick up Atikah and her mother.

* Spent a night at Seri Manjung, Perak at my Ayahlang's house. Haven't seen him and my aunt for almost 5 years. A very touching moment for me.

* On Saturday, April 2nd, leaving Manjung for Kedah for my friend's wedding receptions! It was raining in the morning, but thanks to Allah the weather was hot and shiny during the reception. Congratulations to my friends, Mohd Farhan bin Affandi, Fazliana binti Firus, Mohd Anas Aminin and Syamimi Asaad!! May you have a everlasting happiness and blessed with lots and lots of children and grandchildren :)

* Spent 3 days, 2 night at Shazwan's house in Alor Setar! A very hospitable family. Thanks again to Shazwan for taking care of me during my stay at Alor Setar. Really enjoy myself staying with you.

* On Monday, I took my leave from Alor Setar to Kuala Kangsar, home birth of my late mother. Spending a night at Kuala Kangsar. I visited my Opah at my aunt's house in Chemor. She seems to be healthy. Love you Opah!!

* Had a bad experience during my stay at Kuala Kangsar. There is a house breaking tragedy occuring at my Opah's house, while we were all asleep. I lost my dad's camera, while Atikah and her mother lost a watch and a simcard respectively. Luckily no cash or LIFE has been taken. Praised to Allah.

* Returning back to Melaka after a long journey on Tuesday.

Well, that's all in brief I can wrote about my trip to the North. Below I'll be putting the pictures that I had took during my visit (lucky me I managed to upload the pictures at Shazwan's house). I'll be having another trip to Mersing this Friday. Pray for my journey. Until then~

Salam. It has been almost 3 days since I left Bangalore to Malaysia for my 3-week holiday. I'm glad to be back here, but the weather is killing me! It was so bloody hot! Upon my arrival, the pilot informed us that the outside temperature is 29 degree at night! I was thinking, "Adoi, mmg lenjun la aku kat sini nnt." Anyway, what I have been doing for the past 2 days? Well, basically I just stay at home, trying to clean up the house. So far I had my asam pedas ikan pari, durians, satay and sushi. My friends also are busy with themselves. Some are preparing for the upcoming wedding, some are also preparing for their brother/sister upcoming wedding, and some are enjoying themselves gracefully. I managed to contact few of them. Well, no time to lose now. I need to get back to my 'maid' duty here. Until then~

3rd final exam review: COMM.MED PRACTICAL~

Salam. Alhamdulillah, I managed to finish my 3rd professional examination today. How it went? No much to talk about it, but here goes the review:-

- Began at 9 am. We started off with clinicosocial cases. At 10 am, we did the problems. At 11 am, we did the spotters, and at 11.15 am, we have an interrogation with the examiner.

-I don't know what to say, whether it is easy, medium hard, or hard. What I can say is that it is calm and smooth, though I think I answered wrongly.

Well, that's all I can say about it. I'm haunted by the upcoming result. Even though I really wish I pass all the three subjects, but still my heart is really not at peace. May Allah grant me the strength~ Until then~

3rd final exam review: ENT PRACTICAL~

Salam to all. I just finished my ENT practical exam today! Finally! Since my heart has already undergone arrythmia, the only think in my mind when I arrived at the hospital is, "please don't be mad at me. Please don't make me cry~" What happen today? Let us review:-

- Had our instruments, X-ray and models viva first. My instrument viva is not so good. Though I managed to answer regarding the Boyle-Davis mouth gag that I picked it up, but when the external examiner gave me direct laryngoscope, I got a cold feet. I know the answer, my it didn't being transmitted to my mouth. Plus Dr. Badri asked me about causes of headache in ENT! Arghh!!! I was trapped in sinusitis question, and then I am permitted to go to the next room. There, the ext. examiner askes me question regarding the larynx model. I managed to answer few of them. Then Dr. Anita showed me the Water's view of PNS.

- For history taking, I was given a case of CSOM and a case of DNS. Taking the history and performing the examination was quite fine, except in case of CSOM. Why you asked? because me and Bao got the same patient, and after that, I found out from Bao that the patient had a subtotal perforation, while I saw, what I thought of, a marginal perforation! I was so sad to know about this. But, since the history given by the patient almost correspond to the diagnosis of Unsafe CSOM, I just go on with the finding. Hope it will not affecting my mark so much. For the DNS case, the external examiner viva me regarding benign tumor of the nose and how to approach it. Luckily paan told me the night before, so I have the knowledge about it. Thanks paan!

Overall, ENT practical exam was an OK for me. I hope me and friends get a passing mark or a better mark in the practical exam. Tomorrow I'm having my last exam, community medicine practical exam. May Allah guide me tomorrow, since this is the scariest subject of all! I really do not want to fail in this subject. So God, please lend me your strength~ Until then~

3rd final exam review: OPHTHALMOLOGY PRACTICAL~

Salam to all my readers! Well, since my theory paper have finished, now it is the time for the practical exams. Today I just done my ophthalmology practical exam at BBH. What happened to me today? Let us review:-

- The exam started around 8.30 am, beginning with syahir, yaya, noni and fareed.

- My turn around 9.20 am

- As usual, we were given two cases, I got a case of pterygium and a case of cataract.

- As per the history taking and examination, so far it runs smoothly. Patients were cooperative.

- Upon presenting the case to my examiners, there were few questions which I failed to answer fully. We have two external examiners, both I believed from MS Ramaiah Hospital.

- For the instrument, drugs, charts and model viva, I managed to answer fully.

Overall, ophthalmology practical exam today was stress-free, and I thanks to the doctors for helping me. My concern now is tomorrow's ENT practical exam! Some of my friend already broke a tear to the ENT doctor today! I just hope nothing scary happen to me tomorrow. May Allah help me and my friends! That's all, bye!!

Salam to all my readers. What a wonderful day it is, because after almost 2 months of house-caged, I finally gone out to Mantri Mall (well, at least that the place I less often went to) with paan. I accompanied paan to buy some stuffs. For me, the real fun is eating the pizza and Swensen's ice cream. Before this, I craved to have that beautiful ice-cream at that place. Now, I have the chance and ordered an Earthquake. When it arrived, I was mesmerized how big it is, and how superbly delicious! I'll definitely going back there to try more of their magnificent product! hehehe, well, I think that's all. Don't want to babbling more. Until then~

3rd final exam review: OPHTHALMOLOGY~

Salam to all. I should write the review yesterday, but I was totally consumed by the joy that I had finished my theory paper! Next week will be the most challenging part in the exam, the practical exams! God, I am so scare with the doctors who are going to observe and do the viva! Arghh!!!

Let us review yesterday paper, ophthalmology:-

- Long essay, the question was "define cataract and its aetiology. Explain the investigation and

management of cataract in an adult." For this, I wrote approximately 4 pages. Hope I am right~

- For the short essays, the question that I can still recalled were, "acute dacryocystitis, papilloedema, CRVO, POAG, and one more I always tend to forget, huhuhu" Overall, it is quite ok, though I don't really know whether I answer it correct or not. Hope I got some mark on them~

- Short answers, ermmm, kinda' ok. I manage to 'hentam' several questions, huhuhuhu~

- MCQs, here I rest my case! Quite tough!

That's all about my theory paper. Next week I'll be commenting about my practical exam. Next Sunday I'll be flying back home to Malaysia! Can't wait for that~ :) Chow~

3rd final exam review: ENT~

Salam. Just finished my ENT theory paper few hours ago. Comment? emmm, quite ok, I guessed. Let us review:-

- Long essay, the question is about aetiopathology, clinical features and management of acute otitis media. Alhamdulillah, I did it quite well. Explained about the aetiology, pathogenesis (4-5 stages) and drug management. At one point, I started to feel, "is this question wants me to explain about acute suppurative otitis media, or acute necrotizing OM, or serous otitis media??" But I took that chances and explain entirely about ASOM. Hope I hit the target.

- Short essays, the questions were acute epiglottitis, acute retropharyngeal abscess, malignant otitis externa, foreign body of the nose and another question which I forget. Overall, ok la~ Hopefully I explained it right.

- Short answers, Overall is ok, except for one question, "osteomeatal complex." I just, "what the hell?!" I googgled it, and this is the answer:-

*OMC is a functional entity that included middle turbinate,uncinate process,ethmoid bulla, semilunar hiatus and ethmoid infundibulum.

*OMC is final common pathway for drainage and ventilation of frontal,maxillary sinuses and ant.ethmoidal cells.

*OMC is related with pathogensis of nasal sinusitis and it is basis of functional nasal endoscopic surgery.

I just laughed infinitely, as I what I wrote on the paper sound like this, "it is a combination of the periosteum and the posterior meatal wall." hahahahaha!!!!!! I can imagine how the examiner laugh when correcting my paper.

- Last is the MCQs. Ok, this MCQ is medium-hard level. Hopefully I can hit the bulleyes!

3rd final exam review: Comm.med~

Salam to all. Like Diyanah, I also would like to make some review and comment regarding my 3rd final exam progress. First, let me tell you about my comm.med paper:-

Paper 1

- Overall, just ok.

- Dissapointed in the PQOLI, Kuppusawamy's classification and biological control of mosquito.

- MCQ was kinda' ok also for me, though there are some question which really make me quite a headache.

Paper 2

-May I say, DAMN!!!! (3X)

- Long essay, do not aspect regarding the health approach. I wrote whatever I feel is right. Regarding the approach management by the primary health center, I did not quite understand what the question want, so I just wrote regarding the antenatal visit, pre-natal advice, delivery planning (hope the marker pity me).

- Short essay, really hate the question about the function of ASHA and Angawadi, + the health programmes for mother and children! Hope at least I got some point in my answer. Really hoping that my shots hit the target! And about PERT, I suddenly turned blurry on the question!

- Short answer, average kinda ok, I guessed.

- MCQ, not so good I think. The first 3 questions I got wrong :( Sad~

My conclusion, a pass mark is what I need to feel myself good. But, if Allah wishes me to get more than pass, than I am more grateful to Him...............

God help us all!

Salam. It's been a while. As you all know, I had finished my 3rd IA. In a matter of a week, I'll be having my 3rd Professional Examination (14/3/2011). Recently, the 3rd IA result have been announced. I pass ophthal and ENT, but I fail comm.med....again! 3 failure in a row, that's is something that I would never wish to occur, but it has. I was so devastated after knowing my comm.med score. I feel that the whole world is against me. I feel that I am such a loser. I envy my friends who pass the subject. Some might know that I don't like to be envious, because when I became envious, it's hard to relinquish that feeling. Some of my friends advice me to improve my handwriting, to line the important point in my answer sheet, etc2. But what if the problem lie with my lack of knowledge and enthusiasm? Even if I mark the point with coloured pen, will it guarantee my success in the subject? Even today itself, while I took my cat nap, I dreamed about comm.med and all of its horror. Arghhh!!! I don't like this feeling!!! Hate this feeling!!! Bugger!!!!

I'm crossing my finger in this year because of the final exam that I will face in March. Hopefully, I can pass the exam, even more, entering the exam since my attendance is not that great. Salam. Finally, 2010 is at the end. Today will be the last day for 2010, and tomorrow another year will emerge, either to haunt us or to cheer us. For me, 2010 is a year of "so-so". Nothing much happening for me in this year, well, except for my birthday celebration, which is a blast! So, let me review back the year 2010....

January : Entering the new year with full of spirit. Getting ready for the Phase 2 final exam

February : Working harder and harder day by day to pass the final exam

March : Let the game begin!

April : Bad memory during my 2-week break. Home alone, 2 days without power supply, bad weather, etc. But, going to Chennai for the first time with my friends. Ate like crazy at Pelita Restaurant and stayed at En. khai's condo :)

May : Entering Phase 3, Part 1. Ophthal, ENT and Comm.med become my new challenges

June : I'm really struggle for Comm.med. Damn!

July : Fail Comm.med 1st IA :(

August : 21st of August really made me wanna' to cry. Happy birthday along :(

Sept : Have a fantastic birthday celebration with my B2 batch mates! Thanks guy! Also, her 1st year anniversary of death. Rest in peace along. And happy birthday mum, miss you too :(

Oct : 2nd IA. India is much heated up with the Babri masjid verdict. Got an early vacation. Went back to Malaysia for 1 week :) After 1 week, continuing 2nd IA, and again I fail comm.med, damn!

Nov : I'm starting to lose faith in myself. Lucky I got a caring friends :)

Dec : End of the year. Really feel the emptiness in my life. Have a thought of changing my career, but my friends had gave me the reason to fight for myself. I'm really grateful to have them :)

Well, that wrapped up everything that I had undergone through in this year. May 2011 brings us joy and happiness. Until then, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Salam to all. The weather in Bangalore is killing me! Every morning, it's almost 13-15 degrees! If you go outside in the morning, there will be smoke coming out from your mouth every time you breathe or talk, cool~

Sadly, my life right now is totally suck. Just yesterday me and some of my colleagues have been banned from entering the posting class taught by one of our Medicine doctor. Why? Because I we didn't came last Monday. But hey, I got a fever on Monday, and even I told her that, she still would not believe it and asked for MC letter. You guys know when I sick, I do not go to the hospital or clinic. She said if we want to enter her class, we must write an apology letter or something like that. Damn!!!

Last night, after several years, I am finally hit the court, playing some badminton. I know I sucked in the rules of the game, but hey, what the hell, I just played with my friends. It was fun, and lucky me vijay is there to teach me some of the rule. Thanks vijay. Playing badminton kinda loosen me up, and lifting all of that crappy problems and stress that I had.

Today is a joyful celebration for all Christian out there. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you!!

Salam. Here I am, writing my second post of the month, with ill-looking face and a bad headache. It is tense last night. Got myself attacked with dysphagia, odynophagia, and headache. To make it worse, had a couple of non-projectile vomiting this morning (lucky me that my house mates were not awaken with that gruesome sound of me vomiting). Yesterday was not my day. I was fasting yesterday, hoping to break my fast with syahir at relish, but that idea flew away as he messaged me, telling me that he has to go to the consulate dinner replacing hadi. Even though I acted cool, but actually I am a lil' bit heart broken because I'm really want to break my fast with somebody since all my house mates are also joining the dinner. Well, I just break my fast with a mouthful of chocolate cheese cake that I bought from diyanah and a bowl of tom yam porridge, and went to bed as early as 9.30pm. I was hoping to be awaken with a good health to begin my day today, but it only just a moment. Right now, I'm still having odynophagia and have not taken my bath, yet. I just hope that my health would come back immediately.

I also had promised myself to cook chicken rice today for tikah's family before they leaving Bangalore tomorrow. I really want to, but since I got this sickness, I'm really and truly apologize to tikah and others who which I had given them hope to have a chicken rice tonight. I'm really sorry, truly sorry~

Salam to all. It's 21/11/2010 (14 Zulhijjah 1431H). Eid adha celebration has already ended yesterday, and we are grateful to His Almighty for giving us the chance to celebrate it once more. Thank you Allah. Since I didn't went to the Eid celebration at the college, I don't have any pictures to share with you all. Why I didn't went? First, it was raining. Second, I was lazy, huhuhu.

Flash news, I failed my comm.med test......again. Damn!! I don't know how to score this subject. Is the subject tough? or is it me lacking the spirit to study the subject? or it just the subject hates me? I just don't know the reason behind it! Not just me, many of my fellow friends flunked the subject too. I don't want to repeat this subject. Do you know that I had this subject since my 1st year?! Really almost taking me to the state of nauseating. When I call my Angah, telling her about my failure in the last semester test, she said that if I fail in the final, I can't go back home! I don't want that to happen. I'll be having a 3-week vacation, and my friends are getting married! I don't want to miss that! Henceforth, I will try my best to at least get this 3rd IA comm.med exam pass! Please pray for mine and our success too.....

Next week, my fellow friends from Batch A will finally have their postponed practical exam of ENT and Ophthalmology. I wish them good luck. Do your best guys!

Salam to all. Today I want to share with you about IMS Annual Sport's Day 2010 that had ended last Thursday. Overall, it was a success! I want to congratulate IMSA committee and others who have worked so hard in making this event a total fun! It begin on Friday, Nov 5th (on the day of Diwali. HAPPY DIWALI TO ALL INDIANS!). On the first day, we had futsal matches, volleyball (female), basketball (male) and badminton. I will put up the pictures of the first day later, since suddenly the pictures which I had claimed from Syahir today suddenly lost fro my pendrive! The first day was kinda' ok. Why I said that? Because my batch's futsal team didn't made it. On day 2, we start at the evening, since we had end posting exam in the morning. Basketball (male), futsal (female), selipar tuju, and badminton continued on day 2. I went for the badminton game which happen at night. It was fun cheering for our batch's team :) On day 3, there are netball, volleyball (male), basketball (female), badminton and contemporary games. As I had mentioned on my previous post, day 3 is not so good. The weather was bad and cold. Only netball and volleyball (male) games that were managed to be played. Basketball (female) was postponed to another day because of the continuous rain. At night, badminton and contemporary games went well. Due to the weather, basketball (female) was postponed on Tuesday, Nov 9th and the finale' was also postponed on Thursday, Nov 11th. On D-day, the weather was fine and we really enjoying ourselves, especially with the food festival. I managed to taste keropok lekor, satay, and variety of kuih-muih :) The sport's day officially end around 6pm. It was great, fun and cheerful. Again, congratulation to all IMSian!!! Freakin cold!

Salam to all. Before I begin writing, it is not too late I hope to wish all Indians a HAPPY DEEPAVALI CELEBRATION!!! With firecrackers cracking on the sky, it must be a wonderful and joyful celebration :)

Today is the third day for IMS sport's day! And unfortunately today is cold and raining like cats and dogs! The temp is ~18 degree celcius in Bangalore! It was freaking cold and there is no different between morning, afternoon and evening. Today supposed to have netball, volleyball (M) and basketball (F), but due to the weather, final match of netball has been cancelled and our batch have to share championship with the 3rd batch junior. For volleyball team, I heard that our team forfeit at the half way, not because of the rain, but do not want anyone to undergo injury. Yes, today my friend Syahir has been sent to ER because of ankle sprain. I don't know the condition since he did not answering my call, but judging from what my friend told me, it is a moderate injury and doctor asked him to come back after 5 days. Despite of the injury he had, he still want to go for badminton match tonight to support our batch for the final match. Salam to all. It's been a while. Right now, my current status is "study2 until you crazy!", huhuhu~ I've finally end my 2nd IA last Friday, and I am very pleased with it! Now I am focusing on 3rd IA and my final exam. To tell you the truth, I don't know whether I can sit for the final exam or not, especially for ophthalmology and comm.med. Why? Because I skipped lots of those classes and whether I can sit for them, is now hanging towards the fate of my attendant. I need a minimum of 85% attendant to sit for an exam. Every night, I always keep thinking about it. I wish it would not happen to me (O please Allah!). I want to go back to Malaysia after the final because my friends will be getting married at that time. I wish that I can sit, and pass the final exam, so that I can have a jolly good time then.

Here, I want to share with you my 2nd experience of shopping with syahir & yaya. It was yesterday, and they picked me up in front of my house around 11.30am. At first, we were going to the National Market to accompany Syahir to buy digital camera. He managed to buy his favourite, Sony W360 with a price of Rps 10500 (memory card + screen protector included). For me, it was cheap, because if we go to the standard Sony store, the camera only will cost you about Rps 12000! From National market, we went to MG road. The weather nowadays is cloudy, and on the way to MG road, rain suddenly fall, but stop when we reached there (thank God!). Then, they dragged me to Converse store (before that, I had a talk to yaya about having a converse shoes of my own). Syahir kinda' push me to try and buy a converse shoes. He managed to persuade me and I really bought a converse shoes! Then, we walked to Garuda mall. There, I bought a nice sweater for mimi's birthday and yaya bought a watch for mimi's too. After that, we decided to have some lunch. At first, we went to Kobe, but the restaurant was full, and then we decided to go to this Korean restaurant located not far away from Brigade road. After zuhur prayer, we went there, by walked. I was so excited to go there, especially after seeing the pictures of the food there posted by Diyanah on her facebook. upon arriving there, we stumbled upon Farisya and Nadia Sahari. After seeing the menu, Syahir and Yaya was not convinced of the 'halal' status of the food since they see a picture of pork delicacies on the menu. After further discussion, we decided to turn down Korean food, and went back to Church Street to have our lunch at 20ft restaurant. Actually, I'm totally heart-broken at that time :( After having my steak at 20ft, we went back home.

Today is also mimi's birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY DEAREST FRIEND AND NEIGHBOUR, SYAMIMI YASIN! Tikah and the rest hold up a simple lunch for the guests. The food was nice and we really enjoyed ourselves today. I will put the pictures later, since most of it in Syahir's cam. Again, Happy Birthday Mimi!!! May you be blessed!

I hope it is not too late to wish my ex-housemate, Shazwan a HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!!! (29/10). May you have a blast in your life!

Salam to all. It's been a while. My 1-week holiday has finally comes to an end. My class for this new term has already started. In this post, I just want to share with you what I had did during my stay in Malaysia, huhuhu~

After hanging out in Melaka for 3 days, me and my brother depart to Kuala Kangsar, Perak on Monday to visit my Opah. Journey from Melaka to Perak took about +/- 5 hours. Driving my father's Myvi, we arrived at Kuala Kangsar around 2.15pm. I was happy to see my Opah who, although she had 'bongkok', but alhamdulillah still healthy as before. There also I met my uncle and aunt with my 8+1 cousins, who most of them had grew up! At that very same night, I visit my 'tok sedara.' There are lots of things that I talked with my Opah. One thing that she always said to me is about how her first and second child, and her first grand-daughter had passed away before her. Yes, that people referred to my late mother, uncle and my along. A little bit sad actually when she said about it, but only Allah know the best. Anyway, at Kuala Kangsar, I didn't miss the chance to taste the infamous laksa kuale (laksa pak ngah). The specialty of this laksa is that the laksa noodle is hand made and it is soft, not as hard as any other laksa noodle found in any markets, and the gravy is absolutely fantastic! You people should try it sometime! The next day, we had to go back to Melaka. I can't stay there long since I had many other things to do. So, I leave Kuala Kangsar, back to KL to send my brother home, and drive alone back to Melaka.

On Wednesday, I depart to Mersing as early as 6am. Why Mersing? because my sister lives there. I had to meet her and her 4-super active children who I missed so much (well, not so after I met them, hahahaha~) Arrived at Mersing at 9.30am. Everything was smooth, and the journey was alright. I have to say that the children are really active! Even I can't manage them alone, and that is why I admire my angah so much. Leaving Mersing back to Melaka on Thursday.

My last 3 days in Malaysia, I spent it by visiting Melaka and my teacher's house. Also I went to see my Mak Sajen and Mak Salmi. It was fun and great!

Well, that's all about my holiday. Upon my arrival at Bangalore, my mood started to change and stress plus depression come back haunting. Until then.....

Salam to all. Well, I'm now in Melaka! It's good to be back home after 3 years staying in the so-called "INCREDIBLE INDIA." I'm backed yesterday midnight. The original plan was to go home on 2/10, but due to the verdict, Karnataka declare a 2-day holiday, and my remaining exam (just the comm.med practical exam) will be postponed after the holiday. So, Farid asked me to return back to Malaysia on Wednesday. It was a gamble, because we didn't know whether we can change our ticket to that day or not. After arriving at the airport, and after Fien and Zahidah talked with the AirAsia officer, we managed to get our ticket changed! Leaving behind my remaining friends and housemate, we fly back to Malaysia at 1715 and arrived at LCCT at 2345.

I've been here for 2 days, and so far what I do is sightseeing and of course, eat! Only just 1 day that I feel that I had gained 1-2kg! hahahaha!!!! My days has been planned, and hope that things will workout. Don't have enough material to tell you, but to all my friends in Malaysia and to those who have come back to Bangalore and are here in Melaka vicinity, please contact my hp. Salam. Before I begin my post for today, I would to wish Happy Eid to all Muslims out there!

In Bangalore, we celebrate our Eid on Saturday (11/9/2010). This is my 2nd time celebrating Eid at overseas. It's a lil' bit sad since I can't celebrate it with my family this year, but there always another year, if God permit. 1st day of celebration was done at Sanjaynagar, which is my area. For this celebration, we, Sanjaynagarian combine our force with team Muthyalnagar. We pull out the whole night, giving each other hands in preparing the foods, the decor, and almost everything. We prepare satay (both chicken and meat), nasi impit (compliment from a Johor chef, huhuhu), mee kari, laksa, nasi ayam, bebola milore (compliment of dzola), rendang ayam (compliment of jad), kuah kacang, some kuih raya (semprit, kuih makmur, almond london, etc2) and of course air sirap limau ais! The most fun part for me, is making the ketupat. This is my first time doing it, and I learnt it from my master Syahir, huhuhuhu. Still not an expert of it, but at least I know the steps of making it :) We also grilled the satay, along with some BBQs. It was fun, the night of preparation, and the result was terrific! People came last Saturday, enjoying the food and having a good time. It feel nice, seeing my friends and I enjoying each other. For me, it was a success.

For the 2nd day of Eid, another feast was held yesterday at Fien's house in Raghuram's, Gokula. The menu that the Gokulan has prepared were nasi minyak with acar sayur and ayam masak merah, lontong, rendang daging, a chocolate cake (compliment of neerna and ira), some dadih and puding, karipap, and a bevarage (can't recognize the flavour, but it was nice!). I didn't hang out there long because I have another thing to do at Mathikere, but the food was great! Thanks to Gokulan for the food :)

Salam. It's been a while. Before I begin writing my post, I would like to thanks my friends; syahir, yaya, munira, nonie, mimi, tiqah, fareed, aina, saran and waheeda for celebrating my 22nd birthday on 3/9/2010 at BBQ Nation. It was fun and I appreciate it sooo much (after munira had upload the pic at fb, maybe I will be put it here later on). Again, thank you!

So, confuse? Yeah, I'm totally confuse about myself right now. It all started 3 years ago when I fall in love with someone. Let call this person as "B". This was a first sight love. 'B' is one year older than me, and 'B' is like an angel falling off from the heaven. 'B' is in the same batch as I am. Whenever 'B' is not around, I feel restless and have no desire to move on with the class. I can't stand alone without 'B'. It is not the same when 'B' is not around. When 'B' is there, I feel secured and comfortable. I feel happy and amused. I like it when 'B' is around, because it make me at peace. Whenever I look at 'B's photos, it make me calm and drain away all my problem. I like 'B' so much. But, the problem is that I have no gut to put it into words and said it to 'B'. Until now, 'B' doesn't know it because I'm too scared to tell 'B'. After 3 years, I started to think whether that feeling is true or not. Why? Because 'B' is not someone that you imagine. 'B' is different from the others. I am unworthy to 'B', and even I express my feeling to 'B', I'm sure that 'B' will be freaked out and stand away from me. I want to keep that friendship with 'B', but I don't want to lose 'B' because of my stupid feeling......Now I'm confuse @_@

"JAKARTA 26 Ogos — Penunjuk perasaan di hadapan kedutaan Besar Malaysia di sini terus bersikap liar dengan membakar dan meludah Jalur Gemilang serta bergaduh dengan pasukan polis Indonesia yang mengawal di situ hari ini.

Seramai 600 orang menyertai demonstrasi itu berteriak “ganyang Malaysia" bagi membantah apa yang mereka dakwa pencerobohan pihak berkuasa Malaysia di perairan perbatasan kedua-dua negara, berhampiran Bintan, Kepulauan Riau 13 Ogos lepas.

Ketika emosi memuncak, penunjuk perasaan bergaduh dengan pasukan Polis Indonesia yang menghalang mereka daripada menghampiri pintu pagar untuk masuk ke dalam kawasan kedutaan.

Mereka membaling batu dan selipar ke arah polis. Seorang daripada mereka ditahan polis kerana membaling sebatang buluh, yang sebelum itu digunakan untuk mengibarkan bendera Indonesia, ke arah pasukan keselamatan.

Insiden pada 13 Ogos itu membabitkan penahanan tiga pegawai penguatkuasa laut Indonesia oleh Polis Marin Malaysia ekoran penahanan tujuh nelayan Malaysia oleh bahagian penguatkuasa Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan Indonesia kerana didakwa meneroboh.

Malaysia mempertahankan bahawa nelayan tersebut berada di perairan sendiri apabila ditahan oleh pihak penguatkuasa Indonesia itu. Kesemua tahanan itu telah dibebaskan pada 17 Ogos. Kumpulan penunjuk perasaan hari ini menuntut Malaysia memohon maaf serta meminta kerajaan Indonesia memanggil balik Duta Besar Indonesia di Malaysia.

Keadaan reda apabila anggota kumpulan yang beremosi dapat ditenangkan oleh beberapa orang pemimpin kumpulan tersebut.

Sejak insiden 13 Ogos itu, beberapa demonstrasi dilakukan oleh kumpulan-kumpulan kecil antara 20 dan 40 orang sahaja namun ia tetap ganas sehingga ada yang bertindak merosakkan plak nama Kedutaan Besar itu, memanjat pintu pagar dan tembok pintu pagar dan berdiri di atasnya.

Salam to all. It is 10th Ramadhan already in Bangalore. Time really went so fast these days, don't you think so? Today is 21st of August. This date meant a lot to me, because today is supposed to be the birthday of my along. Sadly, I can't no longer call her or text her saying "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" since she has passed away a year ago. Even though it has been one year, but I'm still recuperating for her lost. Until now I'm still feel guilty and angry with myself for not been able to be on her side for the last time. I always think until now that I am a bad brother. Before her death, I had once call her and mad at her for not going to the hospital. Yes, she is exactly like my mother, who is difficult to go to the hospital. But now, when I'm think about it, I feel so guilty to her. I never get a chance to say "I'm sorry for everything" to her. And to make me more sad, she passed away on 17th Ramadhan last year. I'm very fragile when it comes to a particular day. Only Allah know how painful it is to lost 2 women that you love most in a period of 5 years. When my mother passed away 5 years ago, I had made a promise not to get married as there is no woman in this world that can replaced her. The death of my dear along strengthen that will. Even though I am some sort of liking this one girl, but it's the promise that I had made long time ago which restrict me on going further. I know that this promise is a total crap for some of you guys, but for me it is significant. I don't think I can proceed any further. May Allah give me strength today. Until then......

What a shock!

Salam. It has been 3 days since Ramadhan started here in Bangalore. Before I write further, I just want say.....TERRIBLE INDIA!!! Why I shouted those words? Simply because it is the truth. I have been living here for almost 3 years now, and for me that is an appropriate conclusion that I can think of. Frequent power cut, lack of water supply, lagging behind in Commonwealth games preparation, political problems and corruption are things that happen here. In Bangalore specifically, power cut is like almost 1 hour interval! no power at 6 - 7 pm, then another power cut at 8-9 pm! What the hell! Now is like monsoon season, so plenty of rain here. But, I could not understand why the power cut is much more worse than during the summer time. In summer time, there is 3-4 power cuts/day. That is quite understandable because of lack of water for power generation. But now, even though the rain is good, and the dam is fully filled with water, the power cut becoming much worse, about 8-9 times/day!! Can you imagine the stress and frustration that we must endure every single day right now? I don't know when this is going to end....I think this thing will never end! India is still far ahead then the rest of the developing countries.

Regarding my lappy. My lappy was broken down last Monday. The tiny metal in the power inlet has snapped. So I sent it to the computer shop to get it repair. When I came back on Thursday, thinking that it is done, I went to the shop and asked whether it is fixed. He said that the component has been replaced and working normally, but there is a problem in the screen. He said that there is nothing appear on the screen. I was just like 'what the hell.....', and he asked me whether I ever dropped it or not, and of course I said NO! I love my laptop! I don't know whether he tried to blame me for his mistake. I was really down and after consulting with my bro, I decided to buy a desktop this afternoon with Nicky. Hope everything goes well.....

On opening Utusan.com.my today, I was shocked to discover the disaster happen in my hometown Jasin. A storm flew by yesterday, hitting the Bazaar Ramadhan near the Jasin Stadium! 3 were reported dead, and 18 were injured. My condolence to the victim's families.

"JASIN 13 Ogos - Tiga terbunuh manakala 18 lagi peniaga cedera dalam kejadian ribut taufan di Bazar Ramadan Stadium Jasin di sini, pada hari kedua umat Islam berpuasa hari ini.

Kejadian pada pukul 4.45 petang itu berlaku ketika semua mangsa sedang sibuk membuat persiapan untuk memulakan perniagaan.

Dua peniaga yang maut ialah seorang peniaga cendol, Abdul Omar, 73, dan pembantu peniaga murtabak, Mahadi Muhammad, 39. Kedua-dua mereka cedera di kepala setelah dipercayai terkena objek keras ketika kejadian tersebut.

Sementara itu, seorang pengunjung yang terbunuh ialah Muhamad Wahab, 49, dari Kampung Rim.

Saksi kejadian yang juga peniaga tebu, Izil Mazan, 61, berkata, sebelum kejadian langit gelap dengan disertai hujan renyai-renyai.

"Ketika itu kira-kira 50 peniaga di situ sedang sibuk dengan persiapan untuk memulakan perniagaan.

"Tiba-tiba sahaja kami dilanda ribut sekuat-kuatnya sehingga payung, khemah dan meja diterbangkan angin dalam sekelip mata," katanya ketika ditemui di sini hari ini.

Tambahnya, dalam keadaan cemas itu, dia sempat melihat sebuah khemah terbang setinggi tiang lampu dah hanya mampu melaungkan Allah berkali-kali.

Menurutnya, ribut yang berlarutan kira-kira tiga minit itu menerbangkan semua peralatan berniaga miliknya dalam sekelip mata.

Anak salah seorang peniaga yang maut, Latip Abdul, 49, berkata, dia mendapat panggilan daripada seorang rakan tentang kejadian itu di tempat bapanya berniaga.

"Saya seperti hendak pengsan apabila diberitahu kejadian ribut itu telah mengorbankan bapa dan terkejut melihat keadaan bazar Ramadan yang seperti dilanda taufan," katanya.

Sementara itu, tinjauan juga mendapati, kawasan bazar Ramadan itu musnah sama sekali dengan pelbagai makanan bertaburan di atas jalan seperti baru dilanda taufan.

Selain itu, pelbagai peralatan niaga seperti, payung, kerusi, meja, periuk, bekas-bekas makanan, wang siling dan wang kertas juga bertaburan.

Salam. Sorry for the delay in updating my blog. As you all know, I'm very busy with the up-coming exam on September. Ramadhan is near. In India, we will be started fasting by 12/8/2010. One of my friend asked my, "what preparation had you done?" I just like "emmm, do we need preparation for fasting? Just fast as usual la" I said, huhuhu. Ramadhan is one of the holy month in Islamic calendar, as this is the month where Allah grant His forgiveness, also where the gates of hell are closed and the gates of heaven are widely opened. Even though I always make a remark that I dislike Ramadhan, in truth I love this month! At least it help me to control my 'bad habit' and restrain me from doing it at daytime. My target in this Ramadhan is to improve myself, mainly in the religious practices. I also want to be a good person, in terms of religion, and also as a friend and student. hope that Ramadhan can help me to be one. Well, here I want to wish a HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my friends; yaya, ezzah, husna, and sharmini! Lucky for you guys, your birthday is before 'puasa', huhuhuhu. Until then.........

Salam. It is a cold and windy day here in Bangalore. For me, the weather is so nice and refreshing. In my previous post I had mention about my IA exam theory paper. Today, I just want to share a lil' bit about my ophthalmology practical exam that I had last week. Me, munira and nonie received a patient who is a post-catarat. Eliciting the history from the patient is not an easy job here because of the language barrier. Yeah, I know that we suppose to master the Kannada language after been here for 3 years, but the language is tough and difficult to master. Anyway, we had a translator who translated for us. After eliciting the history and performing the examination, we went for viva. Mine is with Dr. Radhika, haih~ It was a horrid experience. Being viva with her is like receiving hundreds of nuclear bombs! It was scary and disastrous, and that's all I can say about it. Ok now, back to the present. Recently, my conscience seem to be out of order. I am unable to make a fair judgement. Yesterday, I had done something which, believe me, can change my life forever. But, thank to my dear friends (Syahir and Saran), after doing it once, I immediately change my mind and swear not to do it anymore! I know that thing is dangerous, but my evil desire kept told me to do it. Now, I am resting at my home, skipping class for today so that I can 'muhasabah' myself and hopefully that my conscience is back to norm. Maybe living in this country is the triggering factor for it, due to lots of stress that I had to bear. Pray for me, and hoping that today will be better than yesterday......

Salam to all. We have enter the second week of July. Seem to me that 2010 had just appear, but when looking back at the calendar, it soon going to leave us. Well, doesn't matter about that since I still be here, at Bangalore for another 3 1/2 year, haih~ Today I just finished my last theory paper, ophthalmology. People, let me tell you this. I was horrible in this exam! I don't know what happen to my good karma. It seem to leave me, or hiding somewhere. I done worse in the theory papers, seriously! Community medicine paper, well let just say that I was very grateful even if I get 50% marks. ENT, well not bad, but still has many thing to work up on that subject. The worse is ophthalmology this morning. Very disappointed with myself today for not answering it properly. There is one question: Describe the clinical features of acute iridocyclitis. I note down most of the symptoms like pain, lacrimation, photophobia, blepharospasm, etc2. I wrote down some of the signs such as red eye, deep ciliary congestion, but I blame myself for not noting down the most important signs, like keratic precipitate, aqueous flare, aqueous cells, the colour & pattern of the iris, etc2. I can assume that I might get 1-2/5 marks, but really people, I feel sooo stupid not to put down that answer! Damn!!!! Overall, ophthalmology suck for me, really2 suck!! Even though I say to myself that we can do it better in the next IA, but right now I feeling down, plus tomorrow I'll be having ophthalmology practical exam at Baptist Hospital. Many of you know that I hate failure. Even though people said that from failure, we will learn something, but to accept the failure after so much hardwork put on that job, it's really painful. I guess I have to force myself tonight and open up the book for tomorrow exam. May Allah be with me in my journey of seeking knowledge. Until then people....

PS: WC 2010 has finally over with Spain as the champion. Congratulation to Spain team. I wonder when Malaysia will be in the list for WC?? :-?

Whenever I look upon the sky, I kept wandering to myself whether I'm worthy enough to be born to this world. Yeah, it has been circulating in my mind for many years now, but seem this thought quite recently making it appearance more in my head. Is it a sign or what? I don't know, but I do know that I'll be having an exam this July and I don't wanna screw it up. Today I skip the entire classes because I have no mood to attend them today. This is also another problem. My mood and emotion keep changing from time to time, just like the weather. This morning I accidentally raise my voice to my friend. I don't know whether he read my blog or not, but I'm really sorry to him about this morning. I try to keep myself maintain and cheerful, but I feel that I will not be able to do it. It is hard you know, to pretend something in front of people. I hate to pretend, but if I don't, I know that I will hurt many people's feeling. Pretending is a tiring job. I wish that people could accept the REAL me, and at the same time I also wish that if there any person out there who can really accept me. Many people think differently about me. Some of them think that I am a smart, cheerful and funny person, some think that I am a dull, pain-in-the-ass kinda person, some think that I am a horny person and some think that I am good-for-nothing kinda person. When thinking about how they think differently about, I feel quite funny. It was amazing how I manage to pretend and act in front of people. I think I should get an oscar! Anyway, I think that's all I wish to say. Bye.......

Salam. Di dalam dunia ini, aku mengerti yang tiada sesiapa pun yang sempurna, baik manusia, haiwan mahupun tumbuh-tumbuhan. Aku sedar bahawa setiap manusia mempunyai sifat dan personaliti yang berlainan, dan aku juga tahu yang aku perlu pandai dalam menangani mereka. Tetapi, ada di kalangan mereka yang aku memang tidak mampu untuk tangani. Aku tahu yang kadang-kala aku ada melakukan kesilapan, sama ada sedar mahupun tidak. Tetapi, kesilapan yang aku lakukan itu, kadang-kala tidak pernah ditegur, dan aku, sebagai insan biasa, tidak tahu untuk membaca hati dan perasaan orang lain. Jika tingkah laku ku itu boleh mengguris hati mana-mana insan, tegurlah aku supaya aku tahu dan akan menjadi lebih 'attentive' tentang perihal tingkah laku ku itu. Namun, aku baru sahaja sedar yang ada di kalangan manusia yang akan memendam perasaan itu, dan tidak semena-mena melepaskannya tanpa aku ketahui sebabnya. Dan pabila mereka beranggap bahawa, setelah selesai segala perbincangan, semuanya telah pun tamat, tapi ketahuilah sesuatu tentang diriku ini, bahawasanya pabila sesuatu perkara yang boleh memberi impak yang besar dalam hidupku berlaku, sampai bila pun akan ku ingati perkara itu, walaupun aku tahu perkara itu sudah pun tamat, dan aku akan menjadi lebih sukar untuk berhadapan dengan mereka, kerana pabila aku melihat wajah mereka, akan ku kenang semula peristiwa itu dan membuat hatiku sedih dan terguris, lebih daripada apa yang mereka alami. Aku seorang insan yang dikurniakan oleh Allah dengan personaliti yang kompleks. Kadang-kala aku bukannya aku, dan kadang-kala bukan aku adalah aku. Aku tahu bahawa ayat tersebut sukar untuk difahami, tetapi pabila difikirkan dalam-dalam, nescaya akan mengertilah jua. Aku tidah tahu sampai bila aku boleh berselubung dengan tekanan perasaan seperti begini, dan aku juga tidak tahu dengan siapa lagi aku boleh berharap, bergantung dan mengadu, kecuali kepada Yang Maha Esa. Aku sudahpun berhadapan dengan kejadian yang sehingga kini, menjadi trauma dalam hidupku, dan dengan bebanan seperti ini, aku tidak bagaimana aku mampu untuk meneruskan hidupku seperti biasa. Ya Allah, tunjukkan aku jalan yang benar, dan berikanlah aku kekuatan dan ketabahan dalam berhadapan dengan masalah seperti ini.

Anyway, musim World Cup akan bermula pada hari ini. Ingin mengucapkan selamat berhibur kepada peminat suka bola sepak seluruhnya......

Salam to all. We have already entered June and it is a matter of time before July say hi to all of us. Starting on July 12th, I'll be having my first IA for the 3rd phase (part 1). When I try to think about it, it really freaking me out since I haven't prepare for it. Many people say that I had read so much, but in truth I hadn't. Recently, I always skip classes, spend my time more on game and movies. Really don't know what the hell is happening to me. I hope that I can change myself soon. There are some matter that really haunted me, things that I shouldn't do, which I had did it. I have no self-control and even if I try to, it is really difficult for me to inhibit myself for doing it. I am very sorry to the person who had been my victim and I hope that you can forgive me. Anyway, I am now buzy finishing the ultimate community medicine assignment which has been rejected for the 3rd time! Really hope that this time they will accept it. If not, I will really burn down the department, hahahaha~ Well, not much to say this morning, just hoping that you enjoy these picture which I took yesterday during community medicine posting. Salam to all. It's been a while now, hasn't it? Today, I would like to share with all of you about my batch's trip last Saturday. It begin with an imagination of being wet and splashed by the cold waterfall. A 3 hours journey was really tough for all of us, especially hadi who got nausea and vomitting. But, for the sake of enjoying ourselves at the waterfall later, we gathered our strength and keep on our journey. After suspecting that we are almost at the location, happiness struck our faces and we can't wait to get into the water. Oh, I forgot to mention the members. There are hadi, mimi, tikah, syahir, yaya, noni, aidid, munira, sharmini, awien and of course, yours truly. After arriving at the location, we were shock to see that it wasn't the waterfall that we had anticipated, but just a normal, flowing river, one just like Sg. Perak at the back of my opah's house. What the hell??!! Really, all of us are very disappointed and depressed with the place, especially me. Even though the scenery and the breeze are quite nice, but still, this is something that I hadn't expected. But, what to do, since we have arrived there, better we just start the picnic and get the hell out of the place. To make my day worse, I stomp upon a dog's poop! Yuck!!!! Because of that I had to 'samak' my sandal (lucky I learnt how to 'samak' during sekolah agama). We had our picnic there, with some feeling of frustration. Luckily the food was good and delicious. At least it help healing the wound within my heart. Not long after that, someone suggest that after the picnic, all of us went to Wonder La. Wonder La?! This is my first time to Wonder La, I had not prepare mentally for that place. But, since everyone had agreed to go there, I have no choice but to follow. It took about 2 hours from that frickin' place to Wonder La. Arrived at Wonder La around 3 pm. Inside there, I decide not to get wet, and just keep my camera ready to snap my friend's pictures, playing water and everything. For me, I just went to haunted house, faris wheel, and splash. It was fun, playing and hanging out with them. I arrived back around 10 pm. Well, I think that's it for today. Enjoy the pictures that I took during the journey. Until then.......

Salam to all. It has been almost a month since my last post. Sorry to my faithful reader for not updating it sooner. 3rd phase is a really tough phase for me. Even though the subject of examination is only 3, but it is much harder compare to the previous 2nd phase subjects. The subject for the 3rd phase that I need to focus are Community Medicine, Opthalmology and ENT. See, hard isn't it!? I'm struggling mostly in Community Medicine and Opthalmology because the portion of the subjects and the difficulty in understanding the subjects well. For Community Medicine, right now we are mostly doing field trip study (family study). For me, although it was tiring, yet it was knowledgeable and fun too! In the field trip, I can really understand the difficulty that the people had to face each day. Compare to Malaysians, Indians for me are lack of basic necessity, basic knowledge and everything, plus their environment are not as good as Malaysia. It is necessary to teach them, and to provide them with these basic necessity for the sake of better health. Ok, enough about Community Medicine. Until now, I had already went for 2 clinical postings; paediatric and orthopaedic. Right now, I'm having medicine posting, haih~ For everyday routine, morning either posting or community medicine, while in the evening are clinical lectures (3 for each day, with different subjects). As you see, life is very tiring for me. While writing this post, I just recover from my fever, headache and diarrhea to some extent. Hopefully I can go to the class today, huhuhu. Well, I think that's all for today. Before I end up my post, I would like to wish a belated Happy Birthday to my sister, Adila binti Parman, and also to my friends Khalil a.k.a Koe and Diyanah. Salam to all. After the exciting moment last night, I woke up around 7.00 am. Today is Friday, and for today's activity, I just laid down, watching Iron Chef and various korean drama. Went to the mosque for Solat Jumaat around 12.40 pm. Around 2.30 pm, I came back home, and with hunger. Hence, I fried some chicken and ate it with plain rice along with iced lemon tea, huhuhuhu. After lunch, I continue watching Iron Chef till 5.45 pm. I took a bath after that, and prepare myself for the night. For dinner, I only had a maggi cup + nescafe. Very sad, isn't it? huhuhuhu. Then, I continue watching Iron Chef and some other movies until 10.25 pm. Then, I went to bed.

Salam to all. We meet again. It has been two days since I wrote my last post. It is not because that I have gone to Chennai again, but due to unfortunate accident happen here in Sanjaynagar, my neighbourhood. I shall tell you in my post:

Day 11

It is Wednesday and it was a bright sunny morning. I woke up around 6.00 am. After cleaning myself up, I started my day by doing some chores; laundry and sweeping. My breakfast for today would be chicken-coated fried chicken with plain rice and pepsi. As usual, I spent my day by watching korean drama and Iron Chef. I went for a nap around 2.00 pm. Later at 4.30 pm, I woke up, surprisingly seen the weather! The sky is pitch dark, and the wind is so strong and in front of my eyes, I saw one of the tree broke and fall on to the electric pole! Because of the incidence, mine and some of neighbour's house suffer power cut. The rain was heavily poured. I am grateful with the weather, but not so grateful regarding the power loss. Since the weather is still not stable, we had to live in the darkness all night. Lucky the weather is cold and windy, so my night was not so bad after all. Because of the power loss, I have nothing to do, and decided to take an early bedtime......

Day 12

It is Thursday, and upon waking, and I found out that power is still not yet to be restored. I woke up around 6.30 am, and decided to go to the library. After getting ready to the library, I had my breakfast which is chicken-coated fried chicken. I went to the library around 8.45 am. I stayed there until 3.00 pm. At noon, I had my lunch with noni at KFC. Upon reaching home, power is still down. But, I saw some sort of activity near the broken tree, and suspecting that BESCOM (similar to TNB) has arrived and is going to repair the broken pole. Due to curiosity, I went down and sat in the park and see the workers do their job. Compare to Malaysia, their way was very dangerous! But, they managed to pull it off. Since I have to go out to BBQ nation tonight with, mus, linda and noni, I did not know when the power was restored. But, after I got back from BBQ nation, I was so happy to see the street light has once again on. From there I knew that power has returned. Thank you BESCOM!! I enjoyed my night with net surfing and watching movie. I was so happy because the power has returned. I went to bed around 2.22 am.

Salam to all. Today I woke up at 6.30 am. After washing myself up, I began my day with breakfast. My breakfast for today is the yesterday chicken stew with rice + nescafe. I had my breakfast while watching Iron Chef. After breakfast, I started to clean the house. I did some sweeping and mopping. Then, I spent my noon with Iron Chef followed by a nap. Woke up around 2.00 pm, I found out that there was no power. Again, I continue my nap till 3.10 pm. Very unhealthy, don't you think so? huhuhu. At evening, I was so happy to see that the sky is pitch dark. It is a sign that rain is about to fall soon. Strong wind + thunder + lightning accompany my night. At night, I again watched korean drama and some other things, hehehehe. Well then, that's all about my today's activities. Until then......

Salam to all. We meet again. Today, I woke up around 6.30 am. I started my day by drinking the half-bottled mirinda and some chocolate, and I did this while watching Iron Chef, huhuhu. After a few episode of Iron Chef at youtube, I took my bath and went to Kwality to buy some chicken and potato for making chicken stew. Yup, today I'm craving for my own chicken stew, huhuhuhu. Power cut occur around 10.21 am and end at 11.45 am. At noon, I did some reading, but only about for few minutes. Then, I spent my entire evening watching Korean drama. At night, after having my bath, I again had the chicken stew for dinner. Tonight was a blessed night because rain is pouring quite heavily at Bangalore. I'm grateful to Allah for His give to us. Due to the rain, tonight was somehow 'cool' down. I spent my entire night watching Dae Jang Geum until late morning. Well, that's all for today.

Day 6, 7 & 8...

Salam to all. It's been a while now. Sorry for not updating my 'holiday journal' as I'm on 2-day trip to Chennai, Tamilnadu and just came back this morning, huhuhu. It was an exciting journey, for me and also for my friends. Let me tell you my story:-

Day 6

I woke up at 5.00 am. Since I'm going to Chennai this morning, I started to pack my bag and clean the house a little bit. As you all know, I'll be going with Sharmini, mimi, linda, mus, joyce, mursyidah, manaf, and also astrie. The tempo picked me up exactly on 8.30 am, although sharmini told me to wait at 7.00 am, huhuhu. We began our journey south to Chennai. Alhamdulillah, the journey to Chennai end without any complication. The journey took about 8 hours! Upon reaching Chennai, we immediately asked the driver to bring us to Restaurant Pelita! Restaurant Pelita is a well-known Malaysia's restaurant that provide nasi kandar as their specialty, plus with other Malaysian cuisine such as murtabak, nasi lemak, mee rebus, rojak pesembur, ABC, cendol, roti sardin, kuey tiow goreng, etc2. Our primary reason to Chennai is to visit Pelita and indulge ourselves with all the Malaysian foods!!! And, I can say that we really achieve our goal, huhuhu. Arrived at Pelita at 5.00 pm. We had our 'little feast' there, with the total spent of Rps 2815. It was cheap, 9 people ate, only so much price, huhuhu. After that, we went to En. Khai's apartment. En. Khai is one of the Malaysia consulate's officer who handle student affair. We planned to stay at his apartment for a night. Surprisingly, En. Khai's house was so beautiful and comfy, since it was equipped with 6 units of A/C, huhuhuhu. En. Khai was so generous to let us stay at his house and we all thankful for that. Thank you En. Khai!! At night, we had some karaoke at his house, and later the group, excluding me and mus went to the Marina beach. Upon their returned, they told us that they saw Dr. Bharathi, our pathology lecturer along with her family at the beach. We found out that she has moved to Chennai and work as lecturer at Poondacherry College I guess. It was sad to have her leave IMS. She is one of the best lecturer, and also a patience one. We greet her farewell, and I would to thank her personally for teaching us. Hope that we can meet again in the future. We all went to bed around 12.00 am.

Day 7

Woke up at En. Khai's house at 6.30 am, huhuhuhu. Today is a bright, sunny day! After bathing and drinking some tea that mimi made, we venture out for sightseeing. First, we went to the Marina beach. There we can finally see the real face of the beach. Slump, with its unhygienic environment makes me thinking how on earth does this people live? huhuhuhu. After playing with the sand for a while, we went to Pelita to have some breakfast + lunch. Unfortunately, mimi didn't feel so good, and we had to send her back to the apartment. At Pelita, we had again another feast, hehehehe. I had nasi lemak ayam goreng, followed by kuey tiow goreng ayam, and roti sardin. For drinks I had iced tea, iced milo and iced lemon tea. Around noon or so, we went back to the apartment to pick mimi back since she has feeling better. Then, we went first to the Fort Museum, where it locate some historical building left during British occupation. After that, we went to a gift shop to buy some souvenir. I bought a wooden tray, a wooden pencil case and 3 pashminars. After that, we went to ESRT road (I guess), where the driver brought us to some amusement park, huhuhuhu. Even though the amusement park is not so amuse, but we had our time there. Around 6.15 pm, we head back to the apartment. Before arriving to the apartment, we stop by at Nilgiris to buy some ingredient to cook En. Khair nasi minyak! Upon reaching the apartment, the girls hand-in-hand in the kitchen to prepare the meal. I also help you know, huhuhuu. Around 10.30 pm, En. Khair came home and we had some talk before enjoying the feast. En. Khair had also prepare some meehoon goreng + keropok goreng while we are out. We had our feast and it was great, totally great!!! About 11.45 pm, we began to say goodbye to En. Khair and thank him for everything. I hope to see Chennai again, particularly Pelita restaurant, hehehehe.

Day 8

The day begin with our journey back home, to Bangalore. Strictly speaking, I'm not comfortable at all during the journey because I got a stomach ache. At one point, where the driver stop by to take a nap, I can't no longer hold my sphincter close, and silently, with only Mursyidah know about this, I grabbed a bottle of mineral water, and go to a well hidden bush and do my business. I know, it sound disgusting, but a desperate moment call for desperate action, and I did! So then, you can say that I had blend in with the Indian cultural, a disgusting one I guess, huhuhuhu. All in all, our journey back took about 10 hours and I finally reached Sanjaynagar around 10.00 am. I greet my friends farewell, took a bath, and went to lunch at 1.00 pm with noni at Freska. At evening, I spent my time mostly with korean drama, and at night, I had some spicy chicken malay noodle that I bought from Freska as my dinner. Well, I think that wrap up my 3-day journal. Salam to all. Today, I woke up at 5.00 am. It seem that I had recovered from my fever and I feel 100% healthy! Before I had my breakfast, I decided to stay at home today, and do my laundry and some mopping. Around 10.00 am, I had my breakfast which is pre-heated yesterday porridge. Today was a dreadful day I tell you. Why you ask? This is because of the stupid BESCOM who cut off electrical power supply for more than 6 hours! It all started at 9.00-10.00 am. Than, after that it done it again on 11.30-2.45 pm, followed back at 3.00-400 pm, and finally 10.00-11.00 pm! This is worse man! This is SHIT!!! I think if there is an award in Earth Hour, India will be the first in the list. I don't know why this thing still happen in this 21st century. I try to understand since there are no rain for a couple of weeks, so I assume that there is not enough water in the dam to generate power. But, even if rain is still there, and the water in the dam is enough, there will be power cut off. The paper reports that there is shortage of about 500MW of power to supply the people. So, if there is shortage of power, may I suggest to build another power generator, or use an alternative way to generate power like solar power, wind power, etc2. I you create this things, I believe that there will be enough power to be supplied to all. Biomass energy can be done since there are lots of sources in this country i.e cow dungs, rubbish. Since it is summer right now, you must understand the feeling of the people. No power, means hot and stuffy. So, please, i begging you, please try to cope up this power. With all the taxes your charged to all of us while buying foods and goods, I believe that you have enough money to build another power generator. BBMP election has already passes with the winning of BJP party. So, don't let the people who vote you down. The only reason why there is severe drop down of people going out for vote is because most of them do not believe in the government anymore. So, please be concise and honest in doing your job, and please be vigilant about it. Enough about power supply, most of my day I spent with reading and sleeping. For dinner, I had plain rice + fried chicken + omelette. Yeay, tomorrow I'll be leaving bangalore to Chennai along with sharmini, linda, mimi, joyce, mur, manaf and mustakim. Can't wait to have nasi kandaq Pelita, huhuhuhu. So, I'll be offline until Saturday. Wish me luck and see ya' later!

Salam to all. Last night was a horrible experience for me. I had severe diarrhea and fever, and because of that I didn't have a good night sleep. It was so awful! I suspecting the sardine based on the characteristic of my stool (sorry if it is sound disgusting). Yeah, it is a food poisoning. Luckily I manage to overcome it, based on my experience and by my mother's advice long time ago. Thanks mom! So, I woke up this morning with severe headache and quite a fever. My neck was in pain and my stomach was not at ease. But, I managed to get through with my morning today. Thinking that I had feel much better, I strengthen myself to go to the library. Unfortunately, upon my arrival to the library, few minutes later I experiencing quite a headache + slightly feverish. Since sharmini wants to come to the college, I asked her to buy me some paracetamol. I had promise with noni to have some ice cream with her, so I asked sharmini to come along. Before that, we dropped by to Dato' Gani's office, to ask about our result. We are all grateful that we all pass in the 2nd Professional Exam (alhamdulillah~). We had our ice cream at Polar Bear. Then, we all went home separately. At home, I cooked some chicken porridge since my tummy is still fragile. After a good lunch, I swallowed 2 tablets of paracetamol and went to sleep. During my nap, lots of my friends from Malaysia called me, to ask Dato' Gani's phone number, huhuhuhu. At night, I chat with my friends from Malaysia and Egypt. While talking to them, I realized that it is so damn boring to live alone. I thought that living alone will make us stronger, but for me, it makes me more desperate and more weird, huhuhuhu. Salam to all. For today's post, there is nothing much to tell. Woke up as usual, breakfast with pancake + sardine. Then, went to the library for some studying. O, not to forget that Dato' Gani is here! He is busy with his work. Before going back home around 1.30 pm, I went to his office to ask him about our result. Rumor has it that our result shall be announce by tomorrow, but when I ask Dato' about it, he said it take some time before he's going to announce it as he said that even the senate meeting is not yet done. So, I'm not sure when is the result is going to be announced, but if anything happen, I shall update it to all of my friends back at Malaysia, Europe and Egypt. So, just be patience my friends. Well, my dinner is as same as my breakfast, and my activity for tonight is quite dull and bored. Well, until then, good night.........

Salam to all. As promised, I'm gonna' told you about my day today. Today, I woke up at 4.50 am. Around 5.15 am, I went for Subuh prayer. After opening all the windows and door of my house, I decided to cook nasi lemak for today's breakfast. I started to cook as early as 6.15 am. Around 7.30 am, I finished cooking. I had my breakfast while watching Agent Cody Banks 2. Then, around 8.15 am, I got ready to go to the library. Yes, from today onwards (except Friday and weekends), I'm going to the library, so that I have something to do instead of sitting at home, doing nothing. At the college, I realized that my next term's academic calender has been put on the board, so I took the picture for my reference. Sadly, this time my vacation period is worst! I only had 1 week holiday gap. I don't know whether to go back, extending my vacation illegally, or going somewhere else. But, I am hoping that the college will somehow modify the schedule. Well, my lunch for today was KFC, while my dinner is the same as the menu of my breakfast. Today I managed to read Com.med until the concept of disease. I'm still far ahead to be happy. Salam to all. Exam has finally over, and holiday has already begun, and I'm still here, in the foreign land of Bangalore, while my friends right now are in Malaysia, Egypt and Europe, indulging themselves with joys and happiness with friends and families. Well, as I had done it before, I'm going to start my daily update of my single life here in Bangalore. Being single is good, but not so good when your friends is not there around you. Well, enjoy the dull moment of my life in the 2-week holiday:-

*Today, after being left by my friends and housemates yesterday, I begin my life by waking up late, around 6.21 am. I missed my Subuh prayer, huhuhuhu. Then, after checking out my FB, I went for a shower and ate my breakfast (rice + gulai ayam that tikah gave me yesterday + omelette). Then, I watched some movies, and then proceed to Farid's computer to play CSI. Power went out, as usual, at 12.12 pm. Read newspaper and accidentally fell asleep while waiting for the power to resume. Around 1.30 pm, I woke up, continue playing CSI until 3.30 pm. Then, I had my so-called lunch (same menu as the breakfast) while watching WGM, then again dropped by at my FB to see any update about my friends in Malaysia, yet so far no one has update their status. At night, after bathing and praying, due to severe boringness, I contacted my friends from Egypt. Seem he and his colleagues are going to have an ENT exam on Wednesday. I'm wishing them a very good luck! Then, I continue reading pharmacology. O yeah, not to forgot that I also called my father. I try to persuade him to allow me to come back, but seem that I didn't have the gut to ask for it anymore. Well, today I ended up pretty bored. I am hopeful that tomorrow will be better than today. Until then........

Salam to all. I'm really happy today because finally my 2nd final professional exam has come to its end! After about 3 weeks of exams, now my friends are preparing to go back to Malaysia, while some are preparing themselves for a 2-week holiday overseas i.e. Egypt and Europe. Me? Well, I'm stuck here in India, because my father would not give me 'green light' this time to go back home. Sad, isn't it? Well, people always said, "setiap perkara yang berlaku ada hikmah disebaliknya" I do not have planning for this holiday, but I'll try my best in filling up my day with something useful. Since I'm living alone this holiday, I have to adapt myself living without my housemates. Well, I don't know what to say anymore. See you all later in the next post.....

Post theory post

Salam to all. It has been a late night, and I still have the energy to blog, huhuhu. It has been a long time since I last post my 'selingan' post. Well, just want you to know that I had finished my theories exam. Next week, we are going to face the practical exam. Since there are 4-day gap, me and my friends took this opportunity to have some fun! I think we all deserve it, for what we had undergone through, huhuhuhu. Basically, our 'post theories' holiday is mainly shopping! Yup, many are shopping cotton, silk cloths, plus saris to be brought back to Malaysia. For me, today I just went out with my housemate to multiple places, and believe it or not, today I had spent +/- rps 10000!!! Even though the quantity is not so much, but maybe of its quality that make them expensive, huhuhuhu. But, the important thing is that I feel relieve and joyful! How about the theory exam? Well, I can say, from scale of 1-10, I'm guessing about scale 5. Yes, I didn't sure whether I had done well or not in the theories, but the important thing is that I had done my best, although there are many answers I 'goreng', but I am hoping that it is going to be correct. Even a mark of 2/5 is enough for me to be grateful to Him. hence, I would like for you to pray for our success here in the 2nd phase MBBS, so that ALL of us can proceed to 3rd phase. Please pray for us! Well, that's all for tonight I guess. May Allah bless our daily life with lots and lots of love and peace. Until then............

Salam to all. Just to say that now the weather is sooooo damn hot! It's early summer here in India, the heat is unbearable and I'm sewat like a pig every night I sleep. Cant't wait for September for the cold, freezing weather :)

Anyway, my 3rd IA has finally end. in one week from now, I'll be having the ultimate exam, which is the 2nd Professional Examination. A one-week study leave, even though it is ridiculously short, but at least we have a study week and that should be enough for me, I guess. My perfomance in 3rd IA was quite alright. I pass pharmacology, microbiology and pathology. Forensic I didn't know yet. I had signed and confirmed my carry marks for patho and microb for the final and for me, it is quite ok. I am grateful that I had passed and can proceed to the final exam, unlike some of my friends who are unable to proceed to the final exam, maybe because their inadequate attendant. Seriously, I'm worry about them, and pray that they will be going alright.

Here, I also would like to wish a HAPPY BIRTHDAY wish to my friends, nonie and hadi, and also to my brother, Syahid and my brother-in law, Hidris. Happy birthday to you guys and may Allah bless you with longevity and a good health :)

Salam to all. It has been a week I since my last post. Just to let you know, regarding the power problem, it has improved a lil' bit. Now, only one hour power cut off per day for my place and that's great, compare to before. Right now, I'm having my 3rd IA, as you all know. That's why I didn't have the chance to update my blog, until today. My exam will continue next week with Patho papers and practicals. Then, one week off to prepare for the big finale, the 2nd Professional exam! Truth to be told, I can say that we are now in a exam marathon! Really put our mind and physic in a maximum state of severe fatigue. Even so, it is something in your life as a student that you must bear. Maybe this is a training to test our physical and mental capability when we're going to become a real doctor, facing real life situation. I'm really sure in the future, it is going to be much tougher compare to this exam marathon, and I take this exam marathon as a practice for that kind of future, and also as a challenge to test how good and improved I am, and where I stand after 2-3 years of learning MBBS. Hence, don't see it as a negative thing, and make it as a positive thing. After all, we need that kind of stress in our life, don't you think so? Well, it is true that, "Mesti ada hikmah di sebalik apa yang berlaku, dan sesungguhnya Allah itu Maha Penyayang lagi Maha Mengetahui" Well, no time be wasted, need to revise my patho subject. May Allah grant me the knowledge not just for the exam, but for the sake of my future. Until then, my friends................

Salam to all. What a great morning it is, but not so great here. Why you asked me? Because this so-called 'Incredible India' country have again started their freakin' power cut off due to the summer season. Even though it is normal everyday, but recently they cut off the power for 1-hour period frequently. Just this morning, at 6am (local time), as me is trying to read pathology, the power suddenly off! Even though they want to conserve energy, but cutting it off in the morning is not a good time for power cut off. I'm really sure housewives are, at that moment, preparing breakfast for their family, and I understand the feeling when you're busy doing something and then no power, it's so damn irritating! Henceforth, I really would like the local government of Karnataka to revise back the power cut-off schedule, and also please reduce its frequency, because we're going to have our exam and we need the freakin' light! So, try to be considerate to all of us, wouldn't you? Ok then..........

Valentine's day & CNY

Salam to all. Hope all of you in a pink of health! Well, one more week till my 3rd IA exam, and seriously, I haven't finish my study yet! This really suck! Hope I can manage it ASAP. Well, I think many people out there know what day is today. Well, it is Sunday, but it is also a valentine day, a day where lovers all around the world celebrate it with passion and romance (OMG, I think I had too much of romantic movie, huhuhu). But, as a Muslim we all know that we can't celebrate Valentine's day for several reason. Here I copy a statement from iluvislam.com regarding Valentine's day and the reason why Islam do not allow its believer celebrate it. May Allah bring us back to the path of truth.......

"Tindakan mengaitkan pertengahan bulan Februari dengan cinta dan kesuburan sudah ada sejak dahulu kala. Menurut tarikh kalendar Athens kuno, masa antara pertengahan Januari dengan pertengahan Februari adalah bulan Gamelion, yang dipersembahkan kepada pernikahan suci Dewa Zeus dan Hera.

Di Rom kuno,15 Februari adalah hari raya Lupercalia, sebuah perayaan Lupercus, dewa kesuburan, yang dilambangkan setengah telanjang dan berpakaian kulit kambing sebagai sebahagian daripada amalan penyucian, para pendeta Lupercus menyembahkan korban kambing kepada sang dewa dan kemudian setelah minum anggur, mereka akan berlari-larian di jejalanan kota Roma membawa potongan-potongan kulit domba dan menyentuh siapa pun yang mereka jumpai. Terutama wanita-wanita muda akan maju secara sukarela karena percaya bahawa dengan itu mereka akan dikurniakan kesuburan dan bisa melahirkan dengan mudah.*

Selain itu, sejarahnya juga berkait dengan fakta di bawah :-

Saint Valentine is a name which is given to two of the ancient "martyrs" of the Christian Church. It was said that there were two of them, or that there was only one, who died in Rome as the result of the persecution of the Gothic leader Claudius, c. 296 CE. In 350 CE, a church was built in Rome on the site of the place where he died, to perpetuate his memory.

When the Romans embraced Christianity, they continued to celebrate the Feast of Love mentioned above, but they changed it from the pagan concept of "spiritual love" to another concept known as the "martyrs of love", represented by Saint Valentine who had advocated love and peace, for which cause he was martyred, according to their claims. It was also called the Feast of Lovers, and Saint Valentine was considered to be the patron saint of lovers.

One of their false beliefs connected with this festival was that the names of girls who had reached marriageable age would be written on small rolls of paper and placed in a dish on a table. Then the young men who wanted to get married would be called, and each of them would pick a piece of paper. He would put himself at the service of the girl whose name he had drawn for one year, so that they could find out about one another. Then they would get married, or they would repeat the same process again on the day of the festival in the following year.

The Christian clergy reacted against this tradition, which they considered to have a corrupting influence on the morals of young men and women. It was abolished in Italy, where it had been well-known, then it was revived in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, when in some western countries there appeared shops which sold small books called "Valentine's books", which contained love poems, from which the one who wanted to send a greeting to his sweetheart could choose. They also contained suggestions for writing love letters.

Justeru, secara ringkasan saya boleh simpulkan seperti berikut :-

1) Kita hanya boleh merayakan perayaan yang diiktiraf oleh Islam iaitu 'Idil Fitri dan 'Idil Adha.

Nabi SAW bersabda :

(إن لكل قوم عيدا وإن هذا عيدنا)

Ertinya : Sesungguhnya bagi setiap kaum itu perayaan masing-masing, dan ini (IdilFitri dan Idiladha) adalah perayaan kita" ( Riwayat AL-Bukhari, 952 ; Muslim, 1892)

Justeru, sebarang perayaan yang disambut oleh umat Islam mestilah terhad kepada dua perayaan ini sahaja.

Bagaimanapun, jika sesuatu majlis, keraian dan sambutan itu dianjurkan bukan atas asas atau nama agama serta tiada kaitan dengannya bahkan dibuat atas dasar adat semata-mata, ianya boleh dan harus diraikan dengan syarat sambutannya tidak diserapi apa jua unsur maksiat dan syirik. Sebagai contoh sambutan kemerdekaan Negara, sambutan ulangtahun penubuhan sesebuah syarikat dan sebagainya. Cuma ia bukanlah disambut sebagai hari raya ketiga atau keempat, tetapi hanya sebagai majlis keraian setaraf dengan majlis perkahwinan dan sepertinya sahaja.

Ini bermakna, setiap tujuan dan asal usul perayaan itu perlulah disemak. Maka jika disemak perayaan Valentine ini. Ternyata ia berasal dari cerita dongeng, karut dan syirik berkaitan dewa dan sebagainya. Selain daripada asal usul, cara dan kaedah implementasnya juga mesti dilihat, jika secara adatnya ia disambut dengan dosa dan maksiat. Ia sekali lagi dilarang di atas dasar tersebut pula.

2) Tidak harus pula meniru orang kafir dan ahli maksiat dalam meraikan majlis yang dianjurkan.

Imam Ibn Taymiah dan Ibn Qayyim telah menyebut bahawa telah Ijma' (sepakat keseluruhan Ulama) melarang penyerupaan dalam meraikan perayaan agama ( atas asas agama) selain Islam. ( Iqtidha, 1/454 ; Ahkam Ahli Zimmah, 2/722)

3) Islam tidak mengiktiraf hari kasih sayang. Kasih sayang dalam Islam bersifat universal, tidak dibatasi waktu dan tempat dan tidak dibatasi oleh objek dan motif. Hal ini sesuai dengan hadis :

"Cintailah saudara seislam seperti kamu mencintai dirimu sendiri." (Riwayat Bukhari).

Islam sangat melarang keras untuk saling membenci dan bermusuhan, namun sangat menjunjung tinggi akan erti kasih sayang terhadap umat manusia.

Rasulullah saw. bersabda : "Janganlah kamu saling membenci, berdengki-dengkian, saling berpalingan, dan jadilah kamu sebagai hamba-hamba Allah yang bersaudara. Juga tidak dibolehkan seorang muslim meninggalkan (tidak bertegur sapa) terhadap saudaranya lebih dari tiga hari" (Muslim)

Kasih sayang dalam Islam diwujudkan dalam bentuk yang nyata seperti silaturahim, menjenguk yang sakit, meringankan beban tetangga yang sedang ditimpa musibah, mendamaikan orang yang berselisih, mengajak kepada kebenaran (amar ma'ruf) dan mencegah dari perbuatan mungkar.

4) Sambutan hari Valentine hari ini menjadi semakin terkeji apabila ia menjurus kepada perlakuan maksiat, mengadaikan ‘dara' kepada kekasih yang bernafsu ‘syaitan' dan dengan perlakuan seks bebas yang kononnya bagi membuktikan 'ketulenan' cinta seseorang kepada kekasihnya.

5) Islam juga melarang umatnya dari terlibat, duduk serta bersekongkol dalam majlis yang mempersendakan Islam dan bercanggah dengannya. Ini dari firman Allah yang bererti :

وَقَدْ نَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الْكِتَابِ أَنْ إِذَا سَمِعْتُمْ آيَاتِ اللّهِ يُكَفَرُ بِهَا وَيُسْتَهْزَأُ بِهَا فَلاَ تَقْعُدُواْ مَعَهُمْ حَتَّى يَخُوضُواْ فِي حَدِيثٍ غَيْرِهِ إِنَّكُمْ إِذًا مِّثْلُهُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ جَامِعُ الْمُنَافِقِينَ وَالْكَافِرِينَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ جَمِيعًا

"Dan sungguh Allah telah menurunkan kepada kamu di dalam Al Qur'an bahwa apabila kamu mendengar ayat-ayat Allah diingkari dan diperolok-olokkan (oleh orang-orang kafir),maka janganlah kamu duduk beserta mereka, sehingga mereka memasuki pembicaraan yang lain. Karena sesungguhnya (kalau kamu berbuat demikian), tentulah kamu serupa dengan mereka. Sesungguhnya Allah akan mengumpulkan semua orang-orang munafik dan orang-orang kafir di dalam Jahanam" ( An-Nisa : 140 )

Diriwayatkan dari Umar r.a. bahwa dia pernah mendengar Rasulullah s,a.w. bersabda:

"Barangsiapa beriman kepada Allah dan hari akhir, maka janganlah duduk pada suatu hidangan yang padanya diedarkan arak." (Riwayat Ahmad)

Maka majlis arak yang haram itu adalah sama hukumnya dengan majlis Valentine yang mana sumber, asal usul dan cara pelaksanaannya yang terdedah kepada pelbagai jenis maksiat. Tidak harus sama sekali untuk menghadiri majlis sempena Valentine di mana-mana jua.

"Jadi adakah pergi shopping sempena 'sale' hari Valentine juga salah?

Jawabnya, sekadar membeli belah ia tidak salah, namun TIDAK DIBENARKAN menyertai sesuatu PERHIMPUNAN, SAMBUTAN KHAS kerana Valentine seperti majlis Konsert, Nyanyian dan sepertinya.

6) Hukum memberikan hadiah sempena hari Valentine juga adalah menjadi haram berdasarkan kaedah dari firman Allah :

"Janganlah kamu bantu membantu dalam perkara dosa dan permusuhan".

Bagaimanapun hukum menjual bunga sahaja, ia tidak kurang dari kategori jualan yang syubhah, makruh atau haram khas di hari Valentine.

Diriwayatkan, ada seorang laki-laki yang memberi hadiah satu bekas arak kepada Nabi s.a.w., kemudian Nabi memberitahu bahwa arak telah diharamkan Allah. Orang laki-laki itu bertanya:

Lelaki : Bolehkah saya jual?

Nabi : Zat yang mengharamkan meminumnya, mengharamkannya juga menjualnya.

Lelaki : Bagaimana kalau saya hadiahkan raja kepada orang Yahudi?

Nabi : Sesungguhnya Allah yang telah mengharamkan arak, mengharamkajuga untuk dihadiahkan kepada orang Yahudi.

Lelaki : Habis, apa yang harus saya perbuat?

Nabi : Tuang saja di dalam parit air.

Justeru, kita dapat melihat bahawa benda yang haram, maka haram juga dijualnya mahupun dihadiahkan. Dalam hal menjual bunga, ia juga boleh menjadi syubhah di hari Valentine seperti ini, kerana diketahui ianya dibeli khas untuk mearikan Valentine yang haram. Seperti juga hukum menjual anggur kepada tukang buat arak yang telah diketahui. Ia tidak dibenarkan dalam Islam menurut pendapat yang terkuat.

Para ulama juga menyatakan LARANGAN untuk saling mengirim ucapan Valentine, cinta dan kasih bersempena hari itu. Perlu dianggapkan hari Valentine itu tidak wujud dan ia adalah sebuah hari biasa sahaja."
